Welcome, Spring

So it’s officially Spring but it doesn’t feel like Spring outside.  Which makes it known as meteorological Spring.  Although, i am excited about Spring, i am not looking forward to pollen and allergy season because it’s never kind to me.

However, in the midst of the unkindness, there is something so dainty and calming about this time of year.  I wanted to share some of my favorite flowers during the Spring time (the same things that can cause allergy reactions can be oh so pretty too).  One of the things i love about living in my current area include all the beautiful foliage/scenery around during this time of year.

Sylvia's Simple Life: Inspired... by Flowers

Cherry blossoms - gloriously beautiful. We had the most exquisite cherry blossom tree in our front garden when I was small; I used to sit and look at it and dream....

Where do you find your color inspiration? We find it everywhere!...and Spring is a perfect time to discover color through the early blooming flora!

And I want to try floral patterns this Spring in my fashion too.  This look will be my fashion inspiration:

I’m excited for the warmer weather too even though I know that spring means crazy allergies for me. But at this point, I’m willing to stock up on the allergy medicine and enjoy the warmth.

Gosh, I wish I could say I liked Spring but I don’t. I am like you with allergies. I suffer the entire time! As a matter of fact, it already started. The only thing I like about Spring is that it signifies the end of winter.
My favorite season is the fall. Everything looks so crisp and beautiful.
