Success Is Mine…

This has been a long time coming but i am so excited and blessed beyond measure.

I passed my Social Work Clinical Exam and once all the paperwork has been completed…i will be referred to as a Clinical Social Worker.  Woohoo…it doesn’t change what i do but it does definitely present great and awesome opportunities to continue to do amazing and wonderful things in the present and future.  Including some extra money which is always nice.

The Clinical License is perhaps one of the great achievements in my profession so it’s a wonderful thing.  One of the final frontiers.  Coming from Canada…i am not used to all these standardized tests and licenses so it was getting used to but i am sooo glad it’s all done now.

There were some days i wondered if i would pass the exam just because with standardized tests…it can always go one way or the other.  And goodness knows my nerves are always shot during tests.   Therefore, i am glad it’s ALL OVER and i can breathe.  The last test i will ever have to take except for my aerobics instructor certificate (a dream of mine.)

And thank goodness for corporate prayer and wishful thinking.  I really appreciate all the positive thoughts from my wonderful readers.  Mr. Pancakes has been an awesome support as usual.  And Baby Pancakes…someday i will tell him the story of how i worked and worked and victory/success was mine.

  8. Congratulations on passing! This is only the beginning!

Re. your last post I completely agree – if one doesn’t have enough money to go to an event, she shouldn’t consider it in the first place. Simply asking others to cover a for profit event is wrong!
