#ProjectMilf: Monthly Review 2

Welcome back ladies…It feels like a long time since we updated each other on our goals.  So today is quite exciting.  For those of who you do not know, #ProjectMilf started as a way for us to remain accountable to our goals for a period of a year.  We are slowly but surely plugging away to ensure that we become the Motivating Inspiring Leading Females that we know we are!
The Monthly Prompts:
1. The Best thing I did this month….focusing on my studying to pass my clinical license!
2. My favorite work out/exercise routine…(you can be creative with this one)…
i started running again and it feels great!
3. The best compliment I gave this month…
mmmhm, encouraging another mother about disciplining
her child in that she was not alone.
4. Craziest thing that happened this month…
oh man we had a family emergency but God is so good
and He will renew and rejuvenate my family member, this i know for sure!
5. I am awesome because….i am committed to training again for a half-marathon
and finishing under 2hrs, 30mins.
My Monthly Update:
1) Healthy Lifestyle Change
I started training just this week with Hal Higdon’s training program for the half-marathon.  And although i have ran two marathons, i thought both of them were not to my fullest potential.  The first one i was pregnant and the second time, I was less than six months away from post-pregnancy and just not prepared.  I want to give myself the chance to train effectively so i can run the best race of my half-marathon career!
2) Emotional Wellness
This has been an emotional month because of the said family issue.  The Trayvon Martin case was emotionally draining.  And also studying for my exam was a little draining because i had so much doubt/hope/fear/excitement going into it.  It was exhausting.  But i have been praying every single morning as soon as my eyes open…i am a praying fool.
3) Spiritual Fortitude
Praying everyday has been a mind regulator for sure.  Just trying to keep what is important in perspective!

Now it’s your turn…link up, grab the button
and share your answers for the prompts,
and your montly updates on your Milf goals!!
