So excited to be celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month (#HHM). Since 1988, the U.S. Government has designated September 15 to October 15 to celebrate the contributions of Hispanic Americans. September 15 and 16 mark the independence of many Latin American countries, including Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico and Chile. With more than 50.5 million people who identify themselves as Hispanic or Latino in the U.S. today, there are so many reasons to celebrate!
I am so honored to be attending an event with some fabulous ladies of Hispanic heritage this weekend at my local Macy’s.
I love that Macy’s is taking the time to spotlight some Hispanic ladies that are doing great in and around the country. Who doesn’t love a good success story…meet the three ladies they will be highlighting at the event. It’s always fun to meet and be inspired by beautiful and strong ladies.
There will be discussions on beauty, fashion and music and what it means to be a powerhouse as a Hispanic lady in these industries. Can’t wait to learn all their secrets to success and beyond.
