Longlazysunday: Week 85

Today was a good Sunday.  We made it to church 30mins late but the most important thing is we made it.  We moved about an hour from our church so getting there is so much tougher now but we love our church and church family and can’t think about moving…here’s to going to sleep earlier Saturday so we can wake up earlier Sunday. Anyway, the service was short and sweet this Sunday.  And after church we attended my BIL’s art exhibit at a local gallery which was a nice way to spend our Sunday afternoon. My BIL is so so super talented.  There was this m lady singer and her daughter who were dressed alike…so cute! We came home, Baby Pancakes decided he wanted some excitement and jumped off my new seatee bench and injured himself…thank goodness we didn’t need to go to the hospital but boy that was scary! That little boy is too dangerous for me sometimes! Anyway he’s doing much better and we survived another Sunday!

Kids always find a place to leap and jump and make a boo. Thank goodness you did not have to go to the doctor

Glad you made it to Church. I know the feeling. We have started packing the night before for Church but still manage to be a good 15 – 20 minutes late every Sunday. At this point, I don’t know that there’s much else we can do. I am accepting that being late is just another example of life with kids.

Hope your little guy is OK. Kids love to give us a good scare.
