That word doesn’t sound good at all…sounds like a boxer or another type of athlete who is using something illegal. But in my case…i am talking about using fruits and veggies in my fancy dandy nutribullet to make delicious and awesome smoothies to drink and be healthy.
Well actually, the hubby received it for his birthday and has yet to use it…so i am claiming it! Because since i am starting to get more serious about my running…my eating needs to line up or it’s not going to work the way i need it too.
Running is a serious job and the more i run…the more i remind myself that i need to eat healthier and cleaner in order for my body to use the energy and fuel it needs to help me run faster and longer and stronger. Therefore, i thought why not juice and juice well.
Over the weekend, i attempted a few smoothies that did not go over too well. So i am committed to trying new and better ones to see if i can get the mixture right. The worst thing i can do right now is to make the wrong combinations and just turn myself off of smoothies, which would be a travesty.
Therefore, i went to Pinterest and found combinations i am committed to trying this week. Yaahhh Mrs. Pancakes!
