Today is July 22nd, 2015 which makes it officially BumpDay!
What is #BumpDay? It’s an initiative that was started by What to Expect When You are Expecting’s writer Heidi Murkoff (and passionate and cutest woman you will ever meet…I met her recently at Blogher15) as a way to and it’s a day to celebrate that sisterhood of motherhood, those beautiful bumps, those beautiful babies, that beautiful promise of a beautiful beginning. It’s also a day to generate awareness about the challenges moms face trying to give their babies the best start — and the simple solutions that can help them overcome those challenges.
There are so many women who have the opportunity to experience the magic that is pregnancy. It’s a privilege that we have access to many resources available in our part of the world. It is only right to bring awareness to those parts of the world that does not have access to these resources. #BumpDay may only be today but it’s never too late to bring awareness to such an important topic that touches all of us in some way or another.

I am feeling blessed and overwhelmed with Baby Pancakes 2.0, who is due in December 2015. I am keeping the gender a secret from myself for now so we shall all find in due time! What a blessing and gift on such a magical month. Thanks to my sister, TOI for capturing such a beautiful image of my bump!
